In-home estimates are free. The first step in working with Andre | Homes is to schedule a free home visit with Andre. This meeting is to find out what kind of cleaning you want, learn all about your wishes and preferences, answer any questions you might have, and provide you with a custom price.

We believe in consistency. That’s why you’ll have the same cleaning crew every time so that no information regarding how you want your home cleaned gets lost. We have an extremely low turnover rate. Most of our cleaners have been with us for at least two years. And for your first six visits, Andre will come and clean with the crew to make sure you are fully satisfied with your service. After that he checks in regularly to make sure standards and details are maintained.

We also believe in flexibility. Most of our clients opt for weekly or bi-weekly service. However, we also offer monthly service as well as one time deep cleanings, pre-holiday, post construction, and move in/move out cleanings, and touch ups between regular cleaning days. And we do regular or seasonal deep cleans for frequently overlooked areas like porches, garages, and basements.

Meet Andre

Clean houses give him goosebumps.

Andre Silva came to the United States from Brazil when he was just 19. Filled with energy, hope, and an adventurous spirit, he set out to immerse himself in the U.S. culture and experience how people live here. Andre taught himself English by going to all-day movie matinees (he’s seen Titanic at least 50 times) and singing along with one of his favorite artists, Celine Dion.

Andre began his cleaning career with a friend more than 20 years ago. In 2005, he became the sole owner of the business, choosing to operate as a boutique, specializing in customized services. In addition to regular weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning Andre | Homes offers one-time deep cleaning, cleaning for holiday gatherings, move-in/move-out cleaning, post construction cleaning, and cleaning for often overlooked areas like porches, and garages.

Giving back is important to Andre. He regularly donates his services to charity auctions and hires newly arrived Brazilian Americans to help them on their path to building successful lives in the United States.
